This is a building from 1904 that initially functioned as a café. Since then, it has served various purposes: initially as a residence, post-war as an educational facility, later as a recreational space, and today as a commercial establishment. It presents particular significance in terms of typological, morphological, and historical elements. The main idea behind its conservation and restoration in 2001 was to highlight the building’s original character and showcase the intricate details of its design and construction.
