In a 1970s building that once housed offices and workshops, an apartment and rooftop structure were redesigned. The residence was conceived in 2016 as a linear sequence of four primary activities (cooking, dining, relaxing, sleeping) without interior walls, with the bedroom designed as a wooden cube that moves freely within the space. The shared rooftop pavilion, featuring high ceilings and large openings—a rare example of urban architecture that once served as an assembly hall—was transformed in 2022 into a yoga, Pilates, and dance studio.
