It is a two-story house that was declared a preserved building in 1993 (decision of the Ministry of Macedonia-Thrace). It is a simple typical construction of a small residence in the Upper Town, characterized by two triangular gables made of stone slabs, superimposed on the masonry of the ground floor. The building had been abandoned for several years before being restored as a home for a family of three. The preservation of the facade and the restoration of the inner courtyard organized the external appearance and the internal atmosphere of the new spaces.
