The building is located in the settlement of Papanakli, Pylaia. It was built as a residence for the Pappa family. Morphologically, it consists of clean volumes, a single-story and a two-story one, with the circular staircase standing out. It is surrounded by a lush garden. Today, it operates as a kindergarten.
