In a newly constructed apartment building from 2024, an orthopedic clinic and an apartment will be open to visitors. The clinic is a compact project featuring modern materials, a functional layout, and a refined aesthetic. Within a limited floor plan, four areas (office, examination room, waiting area, and WC) have been arranged in the most ergonomic way while adhering to the medical association’s technical specifications. The apartment (unfurnished) is impressive for its layout, as it spans three floors connected by an internal staircase. Its third level hosts a rooftop garden with a unique view of the Ouziel neighborhood.
