It is a modern six-story construction with pilotis on the ground floor. It consists of 4 floor apartments and a maisonette that extends across the last two floors. The architectural composition is based on two open volumes that enclose horizontal planes, protruding from the body of the structure, forming balconies and outdoor seating areas.
