In 2019, 406 architects took over the renovation of a private house, whose architectural design is attributed to the Tolikas Development team. Two separate living spaces were created within the ground floor level, where design items, accent lighting and an industrial aesthetic was chosen, while a new glass floor was designed to permanently isolate the basement.
