The project consists of 111 studios and suites, an “all-inclusive” solution for comfortable accommodation with modern facilities and amenities in a central point of the city. The building, which previously housed offices, was purchased and redesigned in 2019. The name of “Project 151” comes from “Neighborhood 151” which was created after the great fire of 1917 by the Jewish Community of Thessaloniki to house fire victims. The materials used in the interior design of the apartments were selected to provide a modern aesthetic, durability, and ease of use. The primary supplier of furniture materials is MARMOURIS S.A.
