The residence is one of the first bioclimatic buildings in Greece. The large side of the building, where the everyday living spaces are organized, faces south. The outline of the volume follows the significant slope of the ground, and all levels have direct access to the outdoor area. Of particular interest is the overall style of the building, combining characteristics of an urban residence and a rural dwelling.
